In 1994, Minho secured its own source of timber supply by acquiring 100% equity in Lionvest Corporation (Pahang) Sdn. Bhd., an Integrated Timber Complex situated in Bandar Jengka Pusat, Pahang. It is the first Integrated Timber Complex established in  Peninsular Malaysia by the Federal Government. The company owned a logging concession area in Hulu Tembeling, Jerantut, Pahang.
